Cajun Sausage and Rice Skillet
Our Cajun Sausage and Rice is a one skillet recipe, made with tender rice, spicy andouille sausage, and lots of peppers, onion, and tomatoes! This one dish dinner is ready in about 30 minutes!

Start by sautéing your onions and spinach in olive oil over medium heat. 🧅🍃 2. Add a splash of white wine and let it simmer briefly to reduce.🍷 3. Stir in the peperoncino, cherry tomatoes, tomato paste, and a splash of water. 🌶️ 🍅 4. Season with salt and pepper.🧂 5. Add the cannellini beans and cook for a few more minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. 🫘 6. Turn off the heat and gently stir in the ricotta.
