![TW: R3lapse and $h // sorta rant ~ 8 months clean, turned to 0, now im done. This is my final relapse and im offically keeping track of how clean I am. Im going to try more techniques to prevent relapse (many that ive practiced during the 8 months of sept 2023 - April 2024) and im going to try new things as well; please let me know if you guys have any techniques you use, like I myself use whatever stress toys i can find for things bc I have anxiety :] genuinely only few people cared when it first happened, and few people cared to notice when I relapsed- which is good! Bc i didnt want people noticing but im also an attention seeker; I only really told one person- I think?- but it didnt matter lol.
