They’re perfect for an afternoon snack or appetizer😋 I did not add onions to the guacamole because my kiddos are not big fans (parents of picky-eaters I see you!) but feel free to add some😊 For 8 cones, you’ll need 4 tortillas 2 avocados 2 small Roma tomatoes Small bunch of parsley Juice of 1 lime Salt and pepper to taste Olive oil for brushing Cut the tortillas in half and shape each into a cone. Brush the ends with olive oil and place down on a baking dish. Lightly brush all the cones with olive oil and bake on 180C for 10 minutes or until golden and firm.
