1.9M views · 30K reactions | This 5-Minute Rice Ball Recipe Will Blow Your Mind! 🍙🔥😳 | This 5-Minute Rice Ball Recipe Will Blow Your Mind! 🍙🔥😳 | By Chris Cho | Yo, this is how you make a spam ball rice. Ooh. Alright, so first thing first, you want to chop up some spam. Spam right in. Alright, so while we're waiting for the spam, let's bake the rice. Alright, so bowl of rice. Oh. Alright, so oh. Oh, man. Alright, bowl of oh. Oh, this tong's stuck. Alright, bowl of rice. Boom. Good girl. Good girl. Clyde likes to see me mess up. Alright, so going to season the rice. Salt to taste. Pepper to taste. A splash of sesame oil. And some sesame seed. Alright gloves on. Or throw some crumble some seaweed paper in there. Whoo. Make sure you season your rice and taste that you go. I make these for my son. Like super mini bowl. Cuz my kids only like one and two years old. I would give them this little bowl of rice you know. So give this a taste. Personally you can add a little bit more sesame oil on it. Some sesame seed. I'm not going to go too heavy on the salt here because spam is already salty. So go gentle with your seasoning. Especially for this recipe. How's my spam looking sir? I think we're good with that. You throw that in here? Yo if you love Spain you'll love this recipe. Ooh. Alright so difference between the tuna fistball rice. We put the tuna inside and we we wrapped it around like this. Cuz tuna's wet. You know you don't want tuna in your hand. But with this one it's different. We just literally added everything inside the bowl. And then just make it into a bowl. But always taste your food as you go. Spam is so salty. So I'm going to actually add more rice in there. More seaweed paper, some sesame oil, Make sure that rice is all mixed. Yeah guys. This is a super simple recipe. But the most important thing is seasoning your rice. That's what makes it or breaks the recipe. It okay. Alright, boom. You gotta give me a honest opinion, okay? Okay. Alright, moment of truth. Ah. Mm. Yeah. But you know what's missing? What's oh my god. This guy. What the hell? My fault. Whatever. I'm not going to lie guys. The sriracha on top. Pretty good. I'll give you that. Hope you guys enjoy this recipe. See you guys in the next video.

103K views · 52K reactions | #Repost #familyhealthday —— 😲Health Tip! by @emilyxlevi Take what you already eat and 👉🏽 upgrade it to a healthier version by doing THIS. ⭐️take 1 cup of rice, rinse and add to a pot with 2 cups of bone broth. Simmer covered for 10 minutes to create a high protein rice. ⭐️Take that same rice and let it cool in the fridge, then reheat when it’s ready to eat. This creates a resistant starch, which decreases the glucose spike and is better for your gut health. 🤔 wonder how it works? As the cooked rice cooks, the amount of digestible and available carbs decreases. Resistant starch is a type of fiber and does not convert to sugar as quickly as a regular starch does. #healthtips #nutritiontips #healthyeating #highprotein #rice #familyhealth | Scott Wiseman
