Chickpea Nutella! A great alternative if you are allergic to nuts 🍯 🍫
Just make sure to use a vegan milk that doesn't have nuts in it. I love using homemade milk because it's creamier but store bought is fine. This recipe is amazing hot or cold.
CHICKPEA NUTELLA:
1 can (1 1/2 cup) chickpea, drained
1 1/2 cup vegan milk (I use homemade)
1 cup vegan chocolate chips
5 medjool dates or to taste
1 Tbsp maple syrup or to taste
1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1/4 tsp pink salt
← Blend everything until very creamy. Taste for sweetness. Add more milk if it is too thick.
Refrigerate to set
