30min · 16 servings Ingredients: • ½ cup Butter (113 g) • ¼ cup Sugar (60 g) • ½ cup Packed Light Brown Sugar (100 g) • 1 Egg (50 g) • 1 Egg Yolk (20 g) • 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Unbleached All Purpose White Flour (136 g) • 1 ½ tsp Baking Powder (6 g) • ½ tsp Kosher Salt • ¾ cup White Chocolate Chips (140 g) • ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp Valentines Sprinkles • Flaky Sea Salt (optional) Instructions: • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray and line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. • In a light-colored saucepan, melt butter over medium high heat. Wait for it to bubble, crackle and foam. It will quickly darken in color and become fragrant. Immediately pour into a heat safe bowl and let cool for 5 minutes. • Into the butter, add the sugars and whisk until mostly dissolved.
