Snyder Tornado, May 10, 1905
During the 100 plus years since Mother Nature almost succeeded in wiping Snyder, Oklahoma Territory, out of Kiowa County, there have been other tornados that have roared through the county. None matched the power, fury and destruction of the one, May 10, 1905.
