Creating codes is easy with Blue Prism, and it would be easier for you to tweak processes once you get a better grasp on the tool. Also, it is easy to view and check your codes through a convenient feature within the platform, which means you won’t be needing a third-party tool for the job. You won’t experience any problem when reusing Blue Prism too.

CONS: I find its user support quite confusing, thus I feel they should make it better. Noticeably, they run two different platform for the portal and for certifications. And when you choose the latter one, they’d make you wait for about a couple of months before responding.

PROS: Blue Prism is useful for establishing a fully virtualized system of processes, which is important especially when considering the cost of each task. It also works with our disk operating system, remote desktop protocol, enterprise resource planner, customer relationship manager, human resource, and database tools. Wonderfully, Blue Prism is also perfect for saving FTE cost value, and can continuously run without missing a minute each year. This pulls down the expenses of our company operations by 35% to 65%, and we also save about 10% to 30% with offsite operations.

CONS: We are not satisfied with the layout of its interface. We have observed some problems with the remote manager and time tracker too. Also, new users have some difficulties learning the Blue Prism reports and statistics.

CONS: Blue Prism overall interface isn’t that smooth. It is not friendly for its users too. The platform is also hard to understand.
