PROS: Among various aspects, the best aspect of this software is that we can add multiple collaborators online to work on and complete a single presentation file in less time. Plus, it is very portable as it is accessible from anywhere.

CONS: Though it is very convenient and easy to use, it still lacks the advanced presentation features as compared to Microsoft Powerpoint software. And, add too many collaborators to work on a single presentation sometimes makes it function slowly or lags from time to time.

PROS: Google slide is wonderful for various classroom activities, I like that the information can be accessed by multiple people at the same time. My students like the group note feature because they can take notes and make the notes accessible to everyone. Also, this platform can be used for creating interactive presentations.

CONS: We have issues when it comes to deleting files, because everyone can delete others’ files. The team behind this paltform can add lock feature so everyone can protect files from deleting.

PROS: Google Slides is similar to Powerpoint, but the good thing about it is that it has single central location where you along with your team can work on one copy of the presentation, or you can work on a slideshow while others are watching you. Also, the other good thing about is the fact that is accessible from anywhere as long as you log in into your google account from any computer or device.

CONS: The platform needs some improvements. The option to embed a YouTube video into slide is great but it work only while you are online in case you don’t have internet the videos get tricky.

PROS: I like that I can pull up slides easily with Google Slide regardless of the operating system I am using, as long as I have internet connection. I also like the ability to share the slides with people and the option of allowing them to edit or simply view. No need for me to write emails and adding attachments to see the files. In fact, if the person is already in your contacts list, it would take no more than 5 clicks for them to have access.

CONS: One of its drawbacks is the lack of background designs. And it isn't clear how one can find additional professional looking slide backgrounds.Another disadvantage is that you aren't able to use the presenter tools with ease. For example, if you are pulling up the slides from the computer that is also being used to project the presentation, ites does not alter the view of presentation for the presenter vs. the audience.

PROS: Google Slides is great collaboration feature, we can work simultaneously on same project from anywhere and we can even interact with each other in a side bar so we can be sure that everyone is following. This is great solution for sharing and presenting information with one another.

CONS: To speak the truth, PowerPoint has more features than GoogleSlides, so for some purposes I have to download PowerPoint in order to finish the presentation and to make it good-looking.

PROS: I like that with Google Slides, many users can use the documents at the same time and from any computer as long as there is access to the internet. It is very useful for us to look at what others are doing without having to send different files with track changes and keep track of version control. It has many of the Excel functions that I need to use very frequently.

CONS: It could use some improvements, For instance, the software functions to select a row or column of a table doesn't work very well (especially when I use ctr+shift+ arrows). Another thing that does not work as well as Excel is the borders button for tables. Finally, it would be useful to have the "clear contents" option when right clicking on a series of cells.

PROS: Google Slides is a great free alternative to other paid programs. It allows users to collaborate with coworkers in other locations and offices to create a presentation online and is updated in real time. It provides a very simplistic and easy to use interface that just about anyone can use it and get to learn to use quickly. Everything is saved automatically and is uploaded to google drive, so users never have to worry about forgetting or losing a presentation.

CONS: The interface may be overly simplistic. It does not offer quite as many features as what Microsoft Powerpoint offers.

PROS: My favorite feature of Google Slides is the same feature I've come to love with all of the online Google software associated with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc). And that being it is a great tool that allows me or other users to share with others and edit them in real time. Everything is instantaneous so when one person makes changes, another can actively see what is being changed and be able to respond accordingly.

CONS: It is a great software to generate slideshow content with a group online, but much of its final publishing capability is largely overshadowed by PowerPoint unfortunately. Firstly, PowerPoint simply has more to offer with regards to the editing features and settings. One example that comes to mind was when I was unable to find an efficient way to have different backgrounds on individual slides in Google Slides. I could only change the theme of the whole presentation in just a single instance.

PROS: I like that I can share presentations with others, we can work with our team from various locations. The changes are in real time and we don’t have to deal with lot of copies around. It offers lot of features, options and themes. You can keep the presentation on Google Slides or you can download them.

CONS: Sometimes it can be hard to find some options and there are some limited options compared to similar software. All in all, the product is wonderful.

PROS: Google Slide's best feature by far is undoubtedly the live cloud collaboration, which allows multiple people to work on presentations in real time. It has live saving and version history, so losing work is highly unlikely. It is a good option to use for critical documents that should not be lost. It also has reasonable editing features that are adequate for regular, unsophisticated use, even though they may not be the most polished or visually pleasing as fas as the interface is concerned.

CONS: Although improvements are frequent, the actual editing features in terms of layout and design tools are still limited compared to mainstream desktop options like Keynote and PowerPoint. Also, when we work with many collaborators (15+ people) and/or very large presentations (50+ slides) with many large images/objects, it becomes less stable and we would be asked to reload the page due to errors more often. This does not happen when there are only a few users.

PROS: Because it is Google’s product it has to be perfect. I like that we can work simultaneously on same presentation at the same time. It is highly collaborative tool and it offers cloud based storage and this means that it doesn’t take up storage space on our device and we can easily access the presentations from anywhere. The platform is easy to use, intuitive and well-designed. You have great integration with other google products and it has wonderful features.

CONS: Because it is cloud based product it is restricted to countries with solid internet access. Also, the other thing is that it is not as customizable as Powerpoint or Prezi.

PROS: Google Slides stands out for us for a variety of reasons. It lets us collaborate and present anytime, anywhere, on any device whether you are accessing it through a computer, a smartphone, or a tablet. So you can review and edit slides even if you're on the go. It is also a capable tool; the templates and fonts that it offers can make even the most simple presentation stand out. Product support from Google has also been superb.

CONS: Sometimes we experience these weird latency issues between the time we type and for another to see the output on their machine. It has also been a challenge for us getting used to the sharing system, although we have come to get used to it after using the system at least a couple of times. Also, some slides feel a bit too common and the feeling of variety or uniquesness gets lost, though there is an option to import templates that may fit one's preferences.

PROS: Google Slides proviede so much ease in access, especially when I'm using a device other than the main laptop, such as my tablet or phone. It is also surprisingly fast and easy to use when on the go. It can also make little touch-ups that I do on my presentations easy to do, especially when there is a time crunch. It can truly be a life-saver sometimes in that aspect.

CONS: I dislike the limited functions and options that it offers, as compared to the full Microsoft PowerPoint program. While it is understandable and expected that I can only get so much from the app, it would still be nice to be able to get the full PowerPoint experience which can help make the experience better.

PROS: I like the collaborative spirit of Google Slides, I like that we can edit presentations online and offline. It is easy to use and it offers great set of features. There is no need to attend some trainings or to watch video tutorials. There is even an option to print slides.

CONS: It doesn’t offer lot of templates and they are not advanced as Microsoft Powerpoint, there are limitation when it comes to transition and sound effect. There is no option to export the presentation as a video, also the desktop app for MacBooks is somewhat useless and it takes lot of memory.

PROS: I love how Google Slides allows multiple people to edit on the slides, all at one time. The commenting feature is a great idea as well. It makes it easy for us to communicate with one another to address questions or last minute details and no one feels left out or lost when it comes to finally presenting. The autosave feature helps me get back to where I left off easily and I no longer have to worry about lost work or time anymore.

CONS: I really don't have any complaints about this product. However, I don't like the limited background choices available. Its dependence on the internet can be a drawback at times when you can't access the presentation due to a lack of internet service or limited connectivity available.

PROS: I like that several students can work on a Google Slide project simultaneously without much issues. More importantly, I like it that anychanges made get to be saved.automatically Thanks to this feature, students no longer experience accidentally losing their work because they forgot to save.

CONS: Sometimes it gets tedious trying to give access to the project if someone has more than one Google account. For example, all students have a student Gmail account through school and some students also have a home Gmail account. If a student does not log out of their home account, their student account features would not be visible. This problem remedies itself pretty quickly though once students get used to working with Google products.

PROS: What I like most about it is that I don’t have to use USB flash all the time. I like that the presentations are saved to Google account and they are easily accessible. Also, I like that we can all share our presentations with each other or we can work on same presentation. Furthermore, there is an ability to download and save presentations as PowerPoint document and you can have printable copy of the presentation as well.

CONS: They could add an option for printing presentations instead of downloading them into Powerpoint documents so we can print them.

PROS: We're thankful that a program like Google Slides was developed so we can work on a project with someone else or with a group from literally anywhere. I actually used it to create our final group thesis presentation whcih was required for us to graduate from college. In a way, it helped me in dealing with the chaos of senior year.

CONS: While it carries over many features that I have come to enjoy from Google, I think there needs to be a connection with Google Hangouts to make it even more interactive.
