Astral projection // I just tried it right now. It works best when you feel sleepy. I laid down on my couch. Started to drift off, but still stayed aware I guess? Heard a buzzing sound and I felt a sort of vibration. Without moving my body, I rose up and looked at my dog sleeping on the couch and them looked back at my body. Then I went back into my body. I was super tired right now, but I woke up EXTREMELY refreshed and I was only out for like 3 minutes.
