Bistro Le Bleu in Aarhus, Denmark has an airy and light interior design with large windows and a high ceiling. After spending a great part of the lockdown in New York, my husband and I travelled to Amsterdam for much needed time with family and old friends. What awaited us was an electric city, still warm with the last rays of summer, buzzing with restaurants, terraces and winebars.

Valley is a wine bar and bottle shop with a focus on natural wines and produce-driven cuisine. Our club includes 3 wines each month that can be picked up in the shop or at a monthly San Francisco pop-up. Each selection includes a sparkling, white and red wine, made with processes aligned with our principles of organic, biodynamic or similar farming methods and minimal intervention in the cellar.
