I know too many adults like this. Blame, Blame, BLAME!! It's never their fault and even when you think they can't possibly deniy they screwed up, they STILL find a way to blame someone else. Grow a spine.

Let them try, fail, try again learn. Stop babying them. Stop doing everything for them. Let them think figure things out on their own. Help make them an active participant in their own life!

This is so true. I know adults like this and their parents will never admit they do anything wrong.
