This is my go to meatball recipe when I’m making my homemade sundae sauce with pork rib. Sometimes I will use half ground pork and half ground meat. In this case, since I started with the pork ribs in my sauce, I used all ground meat in my meatballs. either way they are super delicious and the whole family will love. All you need is: Ground, grated pecorino, Romano, cheese, Italian, breadcrumbs, Panko, breadcrumbs, two eggs, seasonings, half a baguette, soaked in milk, and fresh herbs.! Super easy to make and the slow simmer will cook the pork and meatballs to a yummy tender perfection! We usually serve a few meatballs on top of the spaghetti and add the rest along with the pork on the side! 🇮🇹 I always buy whole peeled San Marzano tomatoes and hand crush them instead of crushed tomatoes. The texture is always better and less processing equals more flavor. 🇮🇹 you can serve this after simmering at least an hour on medium low or up to 3-4 hours on low.
