Whether I eat them with a dry rub like these or I toss them in sauce, this method is fantastic! You can season these however you like, but the key things to perfect air fryer wings every time: 🍗 Be sure to use Baking Powder for a crispy textured wing. For ~1.5lbs wings, I use just about a tablespoon 🍗 Spray your wings with cooking oil. This will encourage the crisping for a fried texture! 🍗 Flip your wings halfway through cooking. This ensures all sides get crisp and you really want that texture. 🍗 20 mins at 400 works for most wings, but cook until 175-180 degrees or juices run clear when cut.
