Ingredients: - 1 lb penne pasta - 2 cups marinara sauce - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese - 1 cup ricotta cheese - 1 tsp dried oregano - 1 tsp garlic powder - Salt and pepper to taste - Fresh basil leaves for garnish Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 3. In a bowl, mix the cooked pasta with marinara sauce, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 4. In a baking dish, layer half of the pasta mixture, followed by dollops of ricotta and a sprinkle of mozzarella and Parmesan. Repeat the layers. 5. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
