ずっと気になっていた薬院の千翠さんにようやく伺いました(^^)
木の温もりを感じる店内で、店主の方とおしゃべりを楽しみながら、素材の味を活かした和食をいただくことができます☆
お支払いにカードが使えず現金のみなのでご注意ください(^^;;
お料理は基本的に素材の味を活かしたシンプルな味付けでとっても美味しいです♡

●車海老とタラの芽
車海老はさっきまで生きてた状態だったため、火入れを浅くして提供されます。とっても甘くて絶品です♡
●福岡産筍と大将が育てた木の芽
●有明産アサリの酒蒸し
シンプルにお酒で蒸しただけですが、濃厚なお出汁がでていて絶品です♡
●加布里の大和蛤
ただ焼いただけなのに、お出汁もしっかりでていて美味しいです!
●お造り 小松菜を添えて
・甲イカ
春だけ甲イカで他のシーズンはヤリイカだそうです。
・鰆
・赤ムツ
鰆・赤ムツは炙りで、赤ムツは脂が乗って美味しいです!鰆はしっとり、わさびと塩がよく合いました(^^)
●サヨリの塩焼き
●有明のコハダ 炊き立て酢飯と一緒に
みりん、醤油・黒酢で味をつけた酢飯。黒酢だけど酢が強すぎません!ご飯はしっとりでどちらかというと柔らかめです。
●茶碗蒸し
アサリの出汁でホワイトアスパラを炊いて茶碗蒸しになっていました♡佐賀のホワイトアスパラがほろほろで、お出汁が染みてて美味しいです♡
●かき菜(菜の花の仲間)と富山のスチームホタルイカ
●イワシの塩焼き
こんなに脂の乗ったイワシは初めていただきました!
ただ炙って焼いただけなのに絶品で、炙ってる途中に脂がかなりしたたり落ちてるのでくどすきずいただけます(o^^o)

最後におこげをお出汁で剥がしていただくことができます☆
