The "Tianguis", and to a certain extent the entire Aztec Civ, is dominated by the Kakaohuil-Ex: A global conglomerate that facilitates and brokers the world's Cacao currency. The elite police force, owned and operated by Kakaohuil, stands guard to protect and enforce.
