Kevin is a human/dragon/angel/ demon hybrid serving as a mutated knight in rias's peerage until she betrayed him and lefted him for dead but as lady luck would have it his great grandmothers and michael save him. he then claimed his place as an elder dragon emperor and seeks vengence on rias.
