Gooey Butter Cookies: Only 6 ingredients!! 1/2 C softened butter, 8oz cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 C powdered sugar: Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl until light and fluffy; Stir in cake mix until smooth; Scoop out ball of dough and roll in powdered sugar, chill half an hour, then bake at 350 for 12 minutes!
