It’s easy, tastes great and will fuel you up for the whole day! 📝Ingredients📝 ⚫️3 Large (10 inch) Tortillas ⚫️6 eggs ⚫️1cup cheese ⚫️2 large green onions thinly sliced ⚫️9 strips of bacon (cooked till super crispy) 🍴Steps🍴 1️⃣Pre heat oven to 450, lay bacon on wire rack lined baking sheet and copy at 450 for 17 minutes. 2️⃣Scramble together your 6 eggs, 1/2 cup cheese, and 2 finley sliced green onions. Recipe ⤵️ * Season a chuck roast and short ribs heavily with salt * Smoke on the grill at 250° for 2-3 hours to get a good bark (about 175° internal temp) * While the meat is marinating, blend together: 1 cup beef broth, 4 chipotles, 4 tbsp of the adobo sauce, 10 garlic cloves, 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar, Juice of 2 lime, 4 tsp cumin, 4 tsp salt, 2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp ground cloves and 4 bay leave * In a large Dutch oven add the beef and then pour the marinade over the meat and add 1/2 cup beef broth * Cover with parchment paper and then add the lid on top. Today before heading in, I made them some breakfast tacos to show em how much they are appreciated. Griddle set with first 3 burners on medium and seasoned with bacon fat Take 6” flour (or corn) tortillas and smash 1 oz balls on breakfast sausage all the way to the edges Brown up 15 hashbrowns then push em into the cool zone Throw down your tacos sausage side down and let them cook for about 10min Turn heat down to low and flip them over to toast the tortillas Add hashbrowns to one side and mexi blend cheese About 3-4 minutes then remove and set aside and start cooking your eggs Stack eggs on hashbrowns then anoth
