It’s easy, tastes great and will fuel you up for the whole day! 📝Ingredients📝 ⚫️3 Large (10 inch) Tortillas ⚫️6 eggs ⚫️1cup cheese ⚫️2 large green onions thinly sliced ⚫️9 strips of bacon (cooked till super crispy) 🍴Steps🍴 1️⃣Pre heat oven to 450, lay bacon on wire rack lined baking sheet and copy at 450 for 17 minutes. 2️⃣Scramble together your 6 eggs, 1/2 cup cheese, and 2 finley sliced green onions. Add 1tbsp of butter to a large nonestick skillet over medium heat and cook the eggs. 3️⃣Mix together the cooked eggs & bacon in a large bowl, add some pepper if you desire. Recipe ⤵️ * Season a chuck roast and short ribs heavily with salt * Smoke on the grill at 250° for 2-3 hours to get a good bark (about 175° internal temp) * While the meat is marinating, blend together: 1 cup beef broth, 4 chipotles, 4 tbsp of the adobo sauce, 10 garlic cloves, 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar, Juice of 2 lime, 4 tsp cumin, 4 tsp salt, 2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp ground cloves and 4 bay leave * In a large Dutch oven add the beef and then pour the marinade over the meat and add 1/2 cup beef broth * Cover with parchment paper and then add the lid on top.
