The River Blythe in Warwickshire, England, flows through the Midlands from central Warwickshire, through the borough of Solihull and on to Coleshill in north Warwickshire. It runs along the Meriden Gap in the Midlands Plateau, is fed by the River Cole and is a tributary of the River Tame. This then joins the River Trent, whose waters reach the North Sea via the Humber Estuary.

Sunset at the end of day 3 backpacking into the Paria Wilderness, now in the middle of the canyon as it begins to widen, and just opposite Shower Spring, Paria Canyon, Arizona. The spring is across the river, and ensconced in a deep thicket of willows, that are themselves rooted in thigh-deep, cold spring water.
