Codling Moth model guidelines

The adult CM is about 10 mm in length and is recognized by the dark wing tips.

 

 

• Base temperature for development:             50F
• Maximum temperature cutoff:                      85F
• Trap type:  Wing trap (type 1CP), lures changed monthly.
• Check traps twice a week.
• Biofix: date of the first consistent trap captures of CM, usually the 5^th moth.
