FEMA is applying technology in new and innovative ways to help save lives, protect property, and help survivors and communities respond to and recover from disasters. How are we doing this? By opening up our data and data feeds to the public at www.fema.gov/data. What makes this even better, is you can too!

Like many others in the private sector, sharing data like - Store Locations, Operating Status, Distribution Centers, Networking Facilities - will help improve situational awareness and inform decision making across all levels of the public and private sector the next time disaster strikes.
