Congressman Smith is able to arrange for an American Flag to be flown over the U.S. Capitol at the request of constituents of Nebraska’s Third District. There is an additional charge for flags flown over the U.S. Capitol to help process that request. Each flag flown over the Capitol will have an accompanying certificate that notes the date on which it was flown along with a short message to personalize the certificate.
