Center for Weather and Climate

Previously NOAA's National Climatic Data Center, this center is responsible for preserving, monitoring, and assessing the Nation's treasure of climate and historical weather data and information.

Center for Coasts, Oceans, and Geophysics

Previously NOAA's National Coastal Data Development Center, National Oceanographic Data Center, and National Geophysical Data Center, this center is responsible for preserving, monitoring, and assessing the Nation's treasure of coastal, geophysical, and oceanographic data and information.

NOAA Central Library

Providing information and research support to NOAA staff and the public, the Library collects materials on subjects including environmental science, ecology, fisheries, geosciences, marine and freshwater biology, meteorological and atmospheric sciences, and oceanography and limnology. Journals, books, maps, photographs, and videos are available as well as online access to databases, e-books, and e-journals.
