The Vermont Agency of Transportation Hearings Section hears appeals to decisions issued by the various departments of the Agency of Transportation, including driver’s license suspensions issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles. Please note if you are looking to contest a Vermont Civil Violation, you should contact the Judicial Bureau at 802.295.8869.
If you would like to request a hearing, please complete the Hearings Request form and return by mail. Please include copies of any correspondence that you have received from the Agency regarding this matter (ie letter of suspension), so that we can more efficiently process your request.
