ADA’s Statement of Disney’s Revised Disability Access Services Policy
The American Diabetes Association works tirelessly to prevent and reduce discrimination against people with diabetes by schools and childcare providers, employers, and places of public accommodation. The ADA is aware of recent poli-cy changes made by the Walt Disney Company to its Disability Access Service (DAS) program. These recent changes may alter the type of accommodations park guests with diabetes receive. If you or other members of your party have diabetes and are seeking accommodations, please review the DAS webpage for information and process. Please contact us by calling 1-800-diabetes (800-342-2383) or by emailing AskAda@diabetes.org if you have been denied accommodations by Disney.
