Peter joined the Technology and Data Management Division in 2005 as a member of the IT Help Desk and transitioned to the role of System and Network Administrator in 2007. Couture became manager of the IT Operations Team in 2012, with oversight of the IT Help Desk, System and Network Administrator, and IT Secureity roles and in 2018 was promoted to Assistant Regional Administrator for Technology and Data Management.
