Throughout the West Coast Region, we conduct a number of analyses to evaluate the impacts of actions on the environment, managed and protected species, and important habitats. These analyses address our responsibilities under the Endangered Species Act (ESA), Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA), Magnuson-Stevens Act (MSA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and Federal Power Act (FPA).
