On May 20-22, 2024, stakeholders from across the Jacksonville area gathered for a workshop followed by a tabletop exercise focusing on the threat of a Category 4 hurricane impacting the area. More information about the workshop can be found here, along with copies of the presentations.

The result of this workshop was an After Action Report (AAR), which details the results of the tabletop exercise. The AAR highlights the strengths and areas of improvement across the key players that participated. Overall, this plan will prepare the City of Jacksonville, FL for preparing for, responding to, and recovering from a major hurricane. The AAR is available here.
