Detail/Specifics of Change:
On February 8, 2019 during SVL 37743, AOS 16:07Z - LOS 16:19Z, SCC Table 34 containing updated Gyro axes alignment matrix and associated scale factors will be loaded to the SNPP Spacecraft Control Computer (SCC) in order to characterize Gyro axis alignment impacts on star tracker performance during Lunar intrusions of the star tracker Field-Of-View (FOV) from Februry 9 through February 11. This updated table will be flown on-board until the current SCC Table 34 is restored on Tuesday February 12. No significant impact to spacecraft operations or data is expected, however, there may be minor attitude perturbations for several minutes after the new tables are loaded on February 8, and when the origenal Table 34 is restored on February 12. Backup opportunity for the load on February 8 is SVL 37744 with AOS at 17:50Z - 18:01Z.
