Raw Mango Dal | Mamidikaya Pappu
This raw mango dal is one of those summer recipes that you need to try at least once. Puckerish-ly sour from the raw mangoes, slightly spicy from the chillies and beautifully fragrant thanks to the whole spices, this authentic recipe from the South Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, is the perfect thing to whip up when you are craving something comforting but with a seasonal twist! via @my_foodstory
