We have two pounds of cooked ground beef right on in our lime crock pot. I have one diced yellow onion in this real cute dish. Y'all know who's dish that is. Alright, y'all. Now, we have Rotel. I'm adding two cans. Two cans of Rotel. Well, look at that one right there. Yeah, let's see. We're going to try and make it look great. Y'all know. Alright, I have some dark red kidney beans drained mostly. Might be a little bit of bean juice left but that's okay. I don't think that ever hurt anybody and then we have light red kidney beans. I wonder how how do they get the colors? Do you all know? Why are some light and some are dark? Like what's what is it? I don't know. Um also y'all I'm going to add let's see. We're going to add some garlic like y'all know how I do my garlic like that much right there. That's I don't know how much that is but it's a good amount. Alright. We have some chili powder. We add in about two tablespoons. One, two. Alright. I hope that's right. We have some ground cumin, about two teaspoons, We have some coriander, coriander. Isn't coriander? Cilantro seed or something? Do you know Bridget? I think I think it is but I might be wrong. Alright, about two teaspoons of that. We have about two teaspoons of paprika, paprika. Alright, one chew. Perfect. Alright, y'all and then, this, cocoa powder, alright? We add 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder about. Look, I measured that time. I feel like if I would've would've tried to dump it, it would have been a big mess. Uh we also adding about one teaspoon of white sugar, alright? I know it seems weird y'all but it's going to be good. Alright. One pound of cooked bacon, cooked and chopped up. I saved y'all the the misery of watching me cut it with scissors today. So, salt, I guess we just need a little because we have bacon. We need some pepper. Pepper, pepper, pepper, pepper, pepper. And let's see what else we have alright we going to add about a/ 2 a cup of beef broth so I'm going to add about half of this can about half let's see yes that was about right and then we have some tomato sauce I'm adding twenty-four ounces so I have three of these little cans about twenty-four ounces okay y'all so if you all haven't guessed yet we're making a simple easy Crockpot chili I love chili in the fall and winter so we making an easy crock pot version alright and I love adding bacon to mine I think it's so good so y'all time for trivia answers and a video a while ago I asked y'all how much you thought Kevin weigh and I was actually surprised by a lot of your answers but Kevin weighs seven and a half pounds, alright? I know a lot of y'all guess more. I think he looks big on camera because he has a lot of fur but he's actually a pretty small cat. Um he weighs seven and a/ 2 pounds and Frankie Fufu's weighs eight and a half pounds. Jeannie weighs about nine in case you teared about the weights on the rest of my animals. Alright. So, let me see. I think I added everything here. I'm going to give this a little mix. So, y'all the ground beef is already so really we just have to let all these wonderful flavors melt together we're going to finish this with a little bit of green onion on top I'm going to cover this and cook this on low for about four hours or high for about two hours and then we have one more step before we serve it and y'all I like my shirt today it says doing my best always do your best I'm so excited say hi baby they love you being back in your little tail you want to get down baby alright bye that was a quick visit that's fine he just wants a treat y'all he loves he's obsessed with these treats from Trader Joe's there's the cats all love this anyways they're expensive but they're good Alright, so we have our Crock Pot chili. This has been cooking on low for about four hours y'all. So, let's try some. I think it's going to be so good. Uh remember we put bacon, beef, meat, meat, beef, tomatoes, beans, all kinds of stuff in here, okay? Let's move this to the side and then y'all cheese is optional but I mean, I think chili meets cheese and if there's if you want to put some sour cream, green onions, something else on there, you can but a I'm just going to try it like this so y'all I literally just unplug the Crock Pot so it's going to be so hot. So we're just going to taste the taste or flavor so I don't burn my mouth. Smells good. Smells like chili. Y'all quickest, easiest crock pot chili. If y'all would add anything else, let me know but this is so good.
