Who is Carl Larsson, you ask? Only one of the sweetest artists we’ve yet come across in our journeys through Swedish art. He and his wife Karin and their eight children lived in a simple cottage, which they spent time decorating in their own unique style. From a crayfishing party at pond’s edge, to a girl watering her window plants, to the whole family gathered beneath a tree for an afternoon lunch, Carl Larsson has stolen our aesthetic-loving hearts this summer.
