🧨 pro tip - you don’t have to extend all the way out. you can stop right before you hit full arm extension to keep more tension on your bicep. 🔥 
🧨 pro tip 2.0 - keep your elbow in line with the cables when you extend out. 🔥

🤌🏽 stand in a straight line with the cables (see video for side view).
🤌🏽 i bend forward just a tad because it’s more comfortable and gives me more leverage with the cables.
🤌🏽 you can either curl one arm at a time, or curl them both together.
🤌🏽 focus on getting the form down first, then add weight & get to WORK.
