Una Artesana 🌖✨ on Instagram: "Sculpting a slipper orchid ft. Paphiopedilum fowlie 🤲🏼 The slipper orchid was hands down the most complicated flower to make in the whole collection! I sculpted it over 10 times before I was finally happy with it 😅 What made it so difficult was the labellum, aka the “slipper”. In my first prototypes I would try to mold it from one large ball of clay, but the shape never turned out quite right. Then I tried making it in two parts, which did the trick!
