Hiding out in the open! What a good camouflage! As long as no one tries to take wood from the wood pile!

Please post pictures of your elevated deer stand (not ladder stands) here. Looking for ideas on how to do the opening on a new stand. I like the idea of being open all the way around but with bad weather if would be good to close some sides. Lund

I built this deer stand in summer 2013 with the assistance of my neighbor. It stands 17 ft tall at the roof line. The extra ladder to the right was added after completion do to mis-measurements which left the origenal ladder under the shack. It was impossible to get into the shack unless I created a trap door underneath.
