If you are working on your flexibility these are for you. 
I know so many people are doing splits training or wanting to get into training. Add these to your sessions, they're some of my favourite ways to train & prep my body for splits. 
Do a full warm up before completing these movements. 

✨Train both sides evenly 
✨8-16 reps Both sides (adapt where needed) 
✨Warm up for about 15-20 minutes first 
✨Only go as far as you feel comfortable 
✨Listen to your body 
✨Never push through pain

Splits, whether you choose to do front splits or center splits, provide a real challenge to your flexibility. In both types of splits, you rely on a combination of gravity and your body weight to produce the stretch. With passive stretches like the splits (although I prefer to make them active to prevent injury) , the danger always exists of injuring your muscles. To prevent injury, make sure you're adequately warmed up before sliding into the splits. Try the warm ups in this video🫶🏼

Tips: 
Ideally You want to warm up with about 10 minutes of cardio, or a vinyasa flow because you really want to get your body nice and warm before Center Splits, Front Splits, Be Patient With Yourself, The Splits, Vinyasa Flow, Video Tips, Injury Prevention, Be Patient, Range Of Motion
