Handmade, intricately pierced porcelain orchid vases. These are wheel-thrown vessels that are altered and carved into what I call my Royal Palms design. They are glazed mostly on the inside using a special handmade Japanese brush and then I clean every negative (cut out) space to remove the glaze which, when fired, is a beautiful blue-green celadon.
