The Take Me Out host, 44, shocked his legion of 316,000 fans when he shared a steamy shirtless weight lifting video on Instagram on Friday.

The presenter, 46, took to Instagram later that day to reassure fans that he was doing alright after the incident, and he looked shaken and bruised in the video message.
