Carmen's Ceramica on Instagram: "Good kiln vibes are sincerely appreciated as well as any design thoughts for handmade ceramic pour overs. They are super intricate and I see people making them in many different ways. Thankfully I have some awesome coffee friends who have some solid pointers for what seems to work best. I also wonder if this current form could improve in any way, even if just with how I approach making it! 🙃🙏🏼☕ 🎶 Thank you @elmichelsaffair ~~ #carmensceramica #coffee #pourover #flatbottomdripper #coffeecone #coffeeart #clayart #pottery #ceramics #ceramica" Pottery Pour Over Coffee, Pottery Coffee Dripper, Coffee Pour Over Ceramic, Pottery Pour Over, Ceramic Coffee Dripper, Pour Over Pottery, Coffee In A Cone, Coffee Friends, Coffee Dripper

My husband and I really love our coffee. Do you? Maybe you too have a French press, an Aeropress, a Chemex, and a good burr grinder. (Oh, coffee toys; what a dangerous habit!) But there’s one sort of coffee we don’t make right now, and that’s pour over, a simple yet craftsmanlike method of slowly and meditatively soaking coffee grounds set in a filter over a cup or pitcher. It’s one of the simplest ways to brew, but ironically it also offers some of the fanciest toys.

Ashley Bergeron on Instagram: "Getting to share my pour overs has been such a joy. I use mine every morning, and they've finally caught on at the market. Some people don't know what it is, they think it's a planter or weird cup you have to drink really fast. 😂 but this last Saturday I sold all but one. For something that's very difficult to throw, I appreciate that validation. It's funny how difficulty doesn't always translate to demand. We, sellers, want that to be true.

A pour over is a lovely little coffee making device. You set it atop your mug, line it with a coffee filter, and fill with ground coffee. Then slowly pour hot water until your mug is full.

Throwing this form is challenging because of the narrow neck and wide top. You end up with a lot of torque that can send wobbles Pottery Coffee Pour Over, Coffee Filter Ceramic, Coffee Filter, Coffee Grounds, Some People, Hot Water, Pottery Art, Things To Think About, Canning
