Dipping into an archive comprising over 30 years of work, many of these 101 photographs pay tribute to Tom Wood’s mastery of color street photography and his love of humanity in and around Liverpool and Merseyside.

A new exhibition, Tom Wood: Photographs 1973-2013, his first full UK retrospective, opens at the National Media Museum in Bradford, on 8 March 2013. Born in Ireland in 1951, Tom Wood has taken photographs almost every day over the last 40 years.
