Save this brownie recipe because you're going to use it all the time. It's delicious, it's easy, and everybody loves them. So let me show you how to make them. In a large bowl you're going to add one cup of sugar. Then you're going to add a half a cup of melted butter that you've cooled back down. Mix it up. Next add one fourth cup of cocoa powder. And 2 teaspoons of vanilla. Mix it up. Now add two whole eggs. Mix it up. You only mix in a little bit until it's all combined. Next, add one cup of all-purpose flour and mix it up. You can add some chopped nuts or chocolate chips at this point but I don't like any fillings. I just like a plain old regular brownie and now everything's combined. I'm just going to get a brownie pan that's lightly greased and just evenly spread it in my pan. Now bake the brownies at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Check them at 20 minutes because everybody's oven is different. And after 25 minutes the brownies are finished. Now I'm just going to put these aside and while those cool I'm going to make some chocolate icing. You just need two tablespoons of softened butter. Then add a half a teaspoon of vanilla. Two tablespoons of whole milk. A pinch of salt. Then you want to sift in one and a half cups of powdered sugar and two tablespoons of cocoa powder. Now mix it up until it's all smooth. Maybe use a bigger bowl. And when it's all mixed up this is how it looks. Don't worry about those lumps of butter. Because you're going to put the icing on your brownies while it's still warm. And that butter will just kind of melt down. Evenly spread the icing out. And now that the brownies are evenly iced I'm just going to allow them to cool before I cut them. And just like that you have homemade
