Introduced in 2003, the Walk of Style honors style legends for their contributions to the worlds of fashion and entertainment. Walk of Style inductees receive a lasting tribute with permanent plaques featuring their signatures, which are embedded into the sidewalks along Rodeo Drive. Recipients of the Rodeo Drive Walk of Style Award have included Giorgio Armani, Bvlgari, Missoni and Diana Vreeland.
Catherine Martin to be honoured by Rodeo Drive Walk of Style
Joining other legends of style, including Giorgio Armani, Tom Ford, Gianni and Donatella Versace, Mario Testino, Edith Head and Diana Vreeland, Catherine Martin’s signature will have a permanent home on Rodeo Drive. The costume and production designer is already a two-time Oscar winner (she won both costume design and art direction for Moulin Rouge!) and she is a double Oscar nominee this year for her costume design and production design on The Great Gatsby.
