This is a beautiful hand cut shell cameo of the goddess Athena in a solid 10 kt yellow gold mount. The cutting is extremely fine and very detailed down to the strand of pearls in her hair. This is an amazing estate piece and it is in excellent antique condition. Please see the photos for more details. I don't see a makers mark however the pin catch is marked 10 kt.
