Recipe details👇🏼 ingredients: — 1 cups of water (divided) — 3 tbsps of bovine gelatin — 1/2 cup of maple syrup, honey, or sugar Steps: 1. in a large bowl, pour 1/2 cup of water 2. sprinkle gelatin in a thin layer over the water, set aside 3. in a pot, stir together other 1/2 cup of water and maple syrup on low heat for 3-4 minutes 4. pour syrup mixture into large bowl with gelatin 5. using any kind of electric mixer (doing it by hand will not work) mix on high speed until it is the texture of marshmallow fluff (usually about 3-5 minutes) 6. pour into a glass dish, and harden in fridge for 2-3 hours 7. cut into cubes and enjoy :) You can store these in the fridge for two weeks, make sure you cover them to prevent them from drying out!❤️
