But we can make it even more effective when you add mobility floss to the feet and ankles, as well as load over the upright side. Wrap the floss from the base of your toes at the metatarsals covering the foot and crossing over into the lower Achilles and calf. Once the floss is on, you have about 2 to 5 minutes before you’ll have to remove it due to the blood flow restriction effect. The real benefit to the floss here though lies in the self myofascial release and gapping effects.
