An alert to evacuate from the Los Angeles County Fire Department on Thursday afternoon appeared to have been sent in error.

The city Emergency Management Department said the alert was sent “in ERROR.”

Lilian was given a lateral flow test on 18 September which was positive, then a second report said the same test had been registered in error - "please ignore", it said.
