“What sold it for me was that you have five people at that dinner table who you never would’ve met had you just gone through your day to day life. And they were just sharing their stories, their background, where they come from and what they do for a living,” Hermosa says, adding that she met an actress and an army veteran.

“There’s not a lot of money going around. This is one of the things we get to do for the community.”

“If someone thought that taking the vaccine was the right thing to do, for whatever reason, that’s fine,” he said.

“There’s only so much you can do for these situations, but you can try to be in full support of their rehabilitation. I was always there for my daughter. She’s getting stronger and better, and it makes me feel even better to know that me and Dre still have our same friendship from day one.”

“Taylor has his creative process that is like no other. It’s incredible and he finds the right thing to do for the situation. Look, no one is ever happy when a credible character is dying. But look at the ratings, and people didn’t leave us after Episode 1. So if they were frustrated, they then embraced it and wanted to see where the story went.”
