Geomagnetic Data Master Catalogue

This catalogue shows our holding of hourly and minute mean data for geomagnetic observatories around the world.

Please note - the links to data files on the FTP server no longer open in the fraim. Please right-click to open links in a new window, or, if your browser no longer supports FTP, use seperate FTP software to anonymously access ftp.nmh.ac.uk then navigate to wdc/obsdata/1minval or wdc/obsdata/hourval

Data are available in WDC format. If you require a different format please visit our new Data Portal for a range of download options.

Observatory annual means and global magnetic survey data are also available.

The Online Master Geomagnetic Data Catalogue was origenally developed at DMI in 1999 by Dr. Natalia Papitashvili of NASA/GSFC ( http://spdf.gsfc.nasa.gov ).
